Accepting these terms and how we update them

These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and Lucky Block Casino. They apply each time you register, log in, deposit funds, place a stake, claim an offer or request a withdrawal. By opening an account you confirm that you have read these terms and that you accept them.

Other rules apply alongside this page: our privacy policy, our cookie notice, our safer gambling information, the rules of each individual game and the specific terms of any promotion you take part in. Where a game rule or a promotional term deals with a point in more detail, that more detailed rule applies to that game or that offer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a change in the law or in our licence conditions, a change in the payment methods we support, or a change to the games and features available on the site. The current version is always published on this page together with the date it took effect.

Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you by e-mail or by a message in your account before it applies. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the site and ask us to close your account, with any remaining balance paid out subject to the checks described below. Continuing to use your account after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Eligibility and your account with us

Who may open an account

  • You must be 18 or over. Gambling is for adults only.
  • You must be resident in the United Kingdom and legally able to enter into a contract with us.
  • You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts opened by the same person, or in another person's name, may be closed.
  • You must act for yourself. You may not use the account on behalf of anyone else, and no one else may use yours.
  • You must not be registered with a self-exclusion scheme that covers this site, and you must not be subject to a restriction we have previously applied to you.
  • The money you deposit must be your own and must come from a lawful source.

Strictly 18+

Underage gambling is an offence. We carry out age checks, and where we find that an account holder is under 18 we close the account, void any winnings and return the deposits made, less any amounts already withdrawn.

Keeping your details accurate

The name, date of birth, address, e-mail and telephone details you give us must be complete and correct, and must match the documents you can provide if we ask for them. Please keep your details up to date in your account, because we use them to contact you about your balance, your limits and these terms.

Looking after your login

Keep your username, password and any security codes private, and do not let anyone else use your device while you are logged in. If you believe someone else knows your login details, change your password and contact us through live chat or at support@casino-luckyblock.co.uk straight away. Activity carried out through your login is treated as your own unless we have reason to believe otherwise.

Verification checks before you withdraw

We hold a gaming licence for the market we serve, and we are required to confirm the identity and age of every customer and to understand the money that passes through an account. We will ask you to complete verification before your first withdrawal is paid, and we may repeat or extend these checks at any later point.

CheckWhat it confirmsTypical documents
Identity and ageYour full name and date of birthA valid government-issued photo document
AddressThe residential address on your accountA recent utility bill, bank statement or official letter
Payment methodThat the card or account used belongs to youAn image of the card or a statement for the payment account
Source of fundsWhere the money you deposit comes fromPayslips, bank statements or similar documents we specify

Documents can be uploaded in the verification area of your account. While a check is outstanding we may hold a withdrawal, restrict further deposits or limit access to the account. If the documents do not support the details on file, or if we cannot complete a check, we may close the account and return any verified balance to its source.

We handle the documents you send us in line with our privacy policy, keep them only as long as we are required to, and store them securely. Questions about how your information is used can be sent to privacy@casino-luckyblock.co.uk.

Deposits, withdrawals and promotional offers

Deposits

You may deposit using the methods shown in the cashier, in the currency shown on your account, and only from a payment method registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and any provider fees are the ones displayed in the cashier at the time you pay. Deposited funds are intended for play; we do not operate accounts as a means of transferring or storing money.

Withdrawals

Where it is possible, we return funds to the same method you used to deposit. If that method cannot receive payments, we will agree an alternative with you that is also in your name. Withdrawal minimums, maximums and the limits that apply over a day, week or month are the limits shown in your account and in the cashier.

Requests are processed once any outstanding verification is complete and once we are satisfied that the play and the funds involved are in order. Your bank or payment provider may take further time to credit the money after we release it.

Bonuses and promotions

Every offer carries its own terms, which are published with the offer and which apply in addition to this page. Those terms settle the points that affect what you can withdraw, and you should go through them before you opt in.

  • Qualifying deposit and minimum stake. The offer terms give the amount you need to deposit to take part and the smallest stake that counts towards the requirement.
  • Wagering requirement. The offer terms give the total you must stake before bonus funds become cash, and how much each type of game contributes towards that total.
  • Maximum stake. The offer terms give the largest stake you may place while a bonus balance is in play, and we may void bets placed above it.
  • Cap on winnings. The offer terms say whether there is a limit on the amount that can be converted from bonus funds to your cash balance.
  • Expiry. The offer terms give the period in which the offer must be used, after which any unused bonus funds and the winnings tied to them are removed.

Offers are intended for ordinary play. Where we identify abuse of promotions, such as duplicate accounts, play arranged between accounts to clear a requirement, stake patterns designed only to meet wagering with minimal risk, or the use of payment methods that do not belong to you, we may withdraw the offer, void the related winnings and restrict your access to future promotions. Deposits that remain unused are returned.

Check the offer terms first

If anything in an offer is unclear, ask us through live chat before you opt in. It is easier to settle a question about wagering or maximum stake before the bonus is active than afterwards.

Safer gambling tools, suspension and closing your account

Your account includes tools that let you stay in control: deposit limits, loss and stake limits, session reminders, a short-term time-out and self-exclusion for a longer fixed period. Limits that reduce your exposure apply as soon as you set them; a request to increase a limit takes effect only after a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion closes access to play, stops marketing from us and cannot be lifted early.

Free, confidential support is available from GamStop, which allows you to exclude yourself from licensed online operators in Great Britain, and from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. We will point you to these organisations whenever you ask us about your gambling.

Closing or suspending an account

  1. At your request. Ask us through live chat or at support@casino-luckyblock.co.uk and we will close the account and arrange payment of any verified balance.
  2. Inactivity. If an account shows no logins or play for an extended period, we may suspend or close it after contacting you at your registered e-mail address, and we will tell you how to claim any remaining balance.
  3. Breach of these terms. We may suspend an account while we look into a matter, and close it where a breach is confirmed, including duplicate accounts, false details, abuse of promotions or use of the site by someone under 18.
  4. Safer gambling or legal grounds. We may suspend or close an account where we must do so to protect you or to meet a legal or licence obligation.

Where an account is closed, any balance that has passed verification and is not subject to a voided bet or offer is returned to you.

Complaints, our liability and governing law

If something goes wrong

Please raise the matter with us first. Live chat can settle most questions immediately; for anything more detailed, write to support@casino-luckyblock.co.uk with your account name, the date and time, and what you expected to happen. We acknowledge complaints promptly, look into them and reply within a reasonable time, keeping you informed if we need longer.

If we cannot agree an outcome, you may refer the matter free of charge to the independent alternative dispute resolution provider we are required to use. We will give you its details and the information you need to make a referral once our own process is complete, and we will take part in good faith.

Our liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site and the games working correctly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Where a game, a display or a balance is affected by an error, bets placed on the faulty round may be void and the stakes returned, and a result shown in error does not create a right to the amount displayed. We are not liable for losses caused by your internet connection, your device or your payment provider, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute between us will be dealt with under those laws. Your rights as a consumer are not affected. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
