Betting and Game Rules

General rules that apply to all play
This page applies to every game in our lobby, including slots, table games, live dealer tables and instant win games. Where a game has its own rules, those sit inside the game and apply in addition to the ones here; our terms and conditions govern your account.
- One account per person. You may hold only one account with us. Stakes and winnings placed through duplicate accounts may be voided.
- 18 and over only. Play is restricted to adults aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and verify identity, age and payment details before certain withdrawals and at other points in the life of an account.
- Real money and bonus balance. Bets are funded from the balance shown in the cashier. Where an account holds both real money and bonus funds, the order in which they are used is shown in the cashier.
- Bets are final once placed. Once you confirm a bet, start a spin or deal a hand, the stake stands. It cannot be cancelled or changed, and closing the game window does not cancel it.
- Stakes and limits. Minimum and maximum stakes differ by game and are shown in the game. Any deposit, loss or session limits set on your account apply before a bet is accepted.
Staying in control
You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account at any time, and you can block yourself from licensed gambling sites by registering with GamStop. Free, confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
How bets and spins are settled
The game server decides the outcome
Every game in the lobby runs on a remote game server. The server records your stake, generates the outcome and settles the round. The result recorded by the game server is final. The screen shows that result, so if the display and the server record ever differ, the server record decides the outcome and any payout.
Game rules, paytables and return to player
Each game carries a help screen setting out the paytable, the winning combinations, how features and side bets work, and the return-to-player (RTP) figure for that game. RTP is a long-term theoretical average across a very large number of rounds and does not predict a single session. Please look over the help screen before you stake on a game for the first time.
| Situation | How the round is settled |
|---|---|
| Round completed normally | Settled on the outcome recorded by the server and paid at the paytable or odds shown in the game. |
| Obvious error in stake or price | The round is voided and the stake returned to your balance. |
| Screen result differs from the server | The server record stands and your balance is adjusted to match it. |
Malfunctions and interrupted games
A malfunction is any fault in the game software, the game server or the connection between them that stops a game running as designed. A malfunction voids all pays and play in the affected round or rounds. If a malfunction credits an amount that was not won, we correct the balance and tell you what we have done; if it withholds an amount correctly won, we pay it.
Losing your connection is not a malfunction. Games are built to survive a dropped connection:
- Load the game again. An unfinished round usually reopens at the point you left it so you can complete it.
- Some games settle an unfinished round on the server and credit the outcome whether or not you return.
- Live rounds continue at the table. Bets already accepted stand and are settled on the result of that round.
- If a round neither reopens nor appears in your game history, contact us with the details listed below.
We keep records of rounds and settlements and use them to answer questions about play. Faults in your own device, browser or internet connection are not our responsibility.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are governed by the terms published with the promotion and accepted when the bonus was credited. Those terms apply alongside this page, and on questions about the bonus itself they take priority.
- Wagering. Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement shown in the promotion and tracked in your account. Until it is met, bonus funds and winnings from them are held separately from your withdrawable balance.
- Maximum bet. A maximum stake per spin or hand applies while a bonus is active, as stated in the bonus terms. Staking above it may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed.
- Game contributions. Games count towards wagering at different rates and some are excluded, as listed with the bonus terms. Bets on excluded games do not reduce the requirement.
- Expiry and restricted play. Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period shown in the promotion. Low-risk staking designed only to clear a bonus may be treated as a breach, and the bonus and winnings from it removed.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run to a fixed rhythm: a betting window opens, closes, and the round is played.
- Betting window. Bets must be confirmed before the window closes. Late bets are not accepted and unconfirmed chips are returned to your balance.
- Dealer decisions. The dealer's calls on the table, including the call of no more bets, stand for that round, subject to the server record and to the rules for errors and misdeals in that game.
- Misdeals and irregularities. Where a card is exposed in error, a wheel result is invalid or equipment fails, the round is void and stakes returned, unless that table's rules provide otherwise.
- Table rules vary. Side bets, splitting, doubling, insurance, dealer standing rules and payouts differ between tables, and each table carries its own help screen. Chat is moderated and may be withdrawn where a player is abusive.
Seats at some tables are limited and a table may close at short notice. Where that happens mid-round, open bets are settled or voided under that game's rules.
Questions and disputes about a round
If you think a round has been settled incorrectly, contact us as soon as you notice it. Use the live chat on site, or write to support@casino-luckyblock.co.uk.
So that we can look into a round, please include:
- The game or live table name.
- The date and time of the round, with your time zone.
- The round, hand or transaction reference from your game history.
- The stake, the result you expected, and what the game showed instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
We check the server logs and tell you what they show; where an error is confirmed, we correct your balance. Anything not settled this way goes through the complaints procedure in our terms and conditions, which sets out the steps we follow and the dispute resolution provider you can approach if our final answer does not satisfy you. Please raise questions promptly, since rounds are harder to reconstruct as time passes.
